Since Chafing Fuel (Wick Heat) [YH-Series] uses diethyleneglycol as a main fuel, its heat efficiency is 20% higher than that of the conventional jelly-type fuel of alcohol-line. So, please be cautious not to get the flame too high.
Compared with the solid-type fuel of the alcohol-line, this Chafing Fuel (Wick Heat) is a highly refined product with no toxicity, no odor during its burning and little fire risk. Besides, it is a low cost product given its burning duration.

• After light the wick of Chafing Fuel (Wick Heat), place it under chafing dish for warming & cooking.
  
• Suitable for buffet setting.
  
• When you use chafing more than 20 inches, the wick can be taken out as long as 5mm-10mm.
  
• This item 20% higher in thermo-efficiency than solid-type fuel; please do not make the flame unnecessarily large.
  
• When extinguishing, use the cap.
